Leadership Support Through Executive Coaching is Critical to Organizational Fitness
“Who exactly seeks out a coach? Winners who want more out of life!” Chicago Tribune
The best part of executive coaching with The Right Source, without false modesty, is the depth of experience of the coach herself, Deborah Minor Harvey.
Over 3 decades, Deborah has coached a wide range of professionals, from c-suite hopefuls to veterans in leadership. Clients rely on her counsel, and many give testimony to her empathy and compassion. “She’s someone with whom it’s easy to share.” Since her approach to coaching is collaborative, Deborah won’t hesitate to offer specialized assistance from her network as needed. You can expect coaching goals that are concrete, realistic, and measurable.
A different approach to executive coaching
This is not cookie-cutter coaching, and you’ll never feel pushed into a preset formula or philosophy. The mission of our coaching is to explore and mine your inner strengths, identify and address the obstacles, weaknesses or misconceptions that may be holding you back, and to push you toward your goals.
Deborah’s coaching is rich with real-life examples and role models. These illustrations support visualization, as Deborah works to keep your goals palpable. Clients actively participate in the experience, and their commitment to being fully present ensures meaningful outcomes. After working with executives from some of the most demanding professions, Deborah and her team understand the need for flexibility. They’ll accommodate client schedules, and they’ll be there when you need them.
Our focus in executive coaching is to stretch you to explore areas beyond your comfort zone where you’ll discover fresh perspectives and new possibilities.

Nonprofit executives and business owners select us for executive coaching, and many have extended engagements with Deborah. Their encouragement led to the decision to expand executive coaching services. In 2017, we launched a new division addressing executives transitioning into retirement. Retirement requires more than just financial planning. While financial preparation is crucial, most executives taking this step will need some life planning, too. Second Season provides coaching and life planning for this season, and initial response has been remarkable.
Executives and leadership team members from a host of companies have worked with us. Those include Carole Robertson Center for Learning, the Reflections Foundation/Polished Pebbles, Auburn Animal Hospital, and the Assure Consulting Group.
